For Many, Personal Counseling is Free
You probably did not know that.
If you have insurance, you may very well be eligible for free personal counseling. If you have Medicaid, it is very likely. If you have New Mexico Health Connections, Presbyterian, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, your therapy might be free of cost, or very inexpensive. Among my clientele, I have people who pay nothing, ten bucks, twenty, and thirty bucks. Not bad for seeing a licensed Psychologist.
If you have a chance to improve the quality of your life, and your prospects of living the life you want to live, you really ought to be aware that this is one of your options…
